What we collect

The information you enter on the application (business and owner details, tax identification, requested amount), the bank statements you upload, and the usual technical details of a visit.

Where it comes from

Some applications open pre-filled from a file you previously gave us or one of our partner brands, with which Sullivan Financing operates. Sensitive fields on that file (Social Security number, date of birth, tax ID) are never displayed on the page.

How we use it

• To package your request and place it with private lenders for underwriting and, if you accept, funding.
• To contact you about your application, by the channels you consented to.
• To keep records the law requires us to keep.

Who sees it

The one to three lenders your file is placed with; service providers that run our systems under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell application information and we do not broadcast files to lender lists.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Statements and application documents are stored in our system of record with access limited to staff who work your file.

Your choices

Reply stop to any email or write to info@sullivanfinancing.com to end marketing contact, to ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, subject to record-keeping obligations.
